Bald ist es wieder soweit. Das alljährlich stattfindende Starkbierfest in der Loisachhalle steht in den Startlöchern und alle sind wie wild erpicht auf die Karten.

Starkbierfest 2018 in Wolfratshausen

Eines können wir schon vorab verraten, wir haben eine Hammer Band im Programm. Keine geringere Band als die von Bananafishbones– Mitglied, Jazz-Schlagzeuger und Musikproduzent Florian Rein konzipierte Konstellation „The Heimatdamischen“ wird das Starkbierfest am 09. März rocken.

Extra dafür angereist kommt wahrscheinlich einer Ihrer größten Fans – Arlid Olsson aus Norwegen. Er ist schon voller Vorfreude und kann es kaum glauben, dass er deutsche Kultur vermischt mit seiner Lieblingsband im bescheidenen Wolfratshausen erleben darf.

Wir haben Arlid Olsson aus Norwegen ein paar Fragen gestellt:

Wow, what a pleasure and nice suprise for us that such a great fan like you, will visit the starkbierfest in Wolfratshausen just for “The Heimatdamisch”. How do you know this successfull Bavarian Band and what specially do you like about this Band?

 I kind of stumbled upon The Heimatdamish on youtube, and was surprised over how good they were to make their own version of famous songs. That, and the case of loving the German beer culture and festivals, made it easy to follow up on this.

Have you been in Germany before? And do you know our traditions especially the one with the traditional costume?

Yes, I usually visit Germany 1-3 times a year, mostly Rheingau area for wine tasting. We are steady guests at Robert Weils Wine estate for their annual wine release almost every year.
I have a great interest in beer, and do some brewing myself, and of course, I have my own Lederhosen. I might bring it with me for this occasion.

Do you have a traditional costume and what expectations do you have?

Looking forward to eat local food, tasting beer and enjoying fantastic music in local surroundings. It`s our first visit to Wolfratshausen.
